Dan Hughes
has been playing in bands and composing songs since the age of fourteen 'Pop
music has always been a part of me from an early age' says
guitarist/songwriter Dan 'and i think that it always will be, inspired by
listening to the music of BB King, Peter Green and Robert Cray which
showed him that musicianship is a craft and a progressive journey.
With his first EP "Future Holds" Dan aims to combine the traditional values of Blues and Roots music and Progressive Pop. The soulful "Future Holds" and the progressive "What reason" Dan has achieved a really interesting and varied listen which is sure to prove to be popular.
Since 2007 Dan has been honing his craft and playing live solo gigs, around
the midlands area. Playing live is the best way to spread your message' says
Dan 'When you see a good live band nothing beats that feeling and that is
what I want to achieve. Now with his first E.P. complete and A NEW band
("The Dan Hughes Experience") he is
ready to gig as much as he can with a set of catchy soulful songs he is
ready to begin his journey and hopes you will come along for the ride
"The Dan Hughes Experience" are Simon Allen, keyboards/vocals - Pete Mclellan drums - Bobby D, bass guitar/guitar (with special guest "Dangerous Dr. Dave")
